JUDGMENT
The Tribunal finds that the Claimant’s claim for constructive unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds. The Defendant shall pay to the Claimant the following: - £13,650 (basic award) - 10,600.20 (damages for wrongful dismissal based on 26 weeks net pay of £407.20) - £10,430 (bonus payment) - £629.41 (26 weeks loss of pension benefit at £24.41 per week) - £2,100 (4 weeks pay due to a failure to provide a written statement of terms) A reduction of £2,607.50 was made to reflect the Claimant’s failure to mitigate his losses.
