JUDGMENT
[1]Covertxt Support Ltd is joined as a respondent in these proceedings. Oven Support Ltd is removed as a respondent in this proceedings.[2]The respondent made an authorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant the full amount of wages due between 1 September and 7 October 2021 and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £2360 being the gross sum unlawfully deducted.[3]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave on termination of employment and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £393.72 being the total gross sum due.
