REASONS
There is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked. The claimant has not identified any matter in her email of 2 February 2023 to the Tribunal seeking a reconsideration which was not already taken into account by the Tribunal in reaching its decision, or which is relevant as a matter of law to the exercise of the Tribunal’s discretion to extend time under the Equality Act 2010.
