[1]The Claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is successful and the Respondent must pay the Claimant the sum of £2,640.[2]The Claimant’s claim of failure to issue a statement of particulars of employment pursuant to section 1 Employment Rights Act 1996 fails and is dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s claim for failure to issue a pay advice statement on termination of employment pursuant to section 11 Employment Rights Act 1996 is successful and the Respondent must pay the Claimant compensation of £86.40 for the breach.
