JUDGMENT

[1]The correct name of the Respondent is Bloomberg Care Services Ltd.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages in the period between 19 January 2024 and 31 July 2024 when although suspended the claimant was ready and willing to work.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant £9588.95, which is the gross sum deducted, calculated as set out below. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance. 3.1.1. The gross sum of £1117.79 in respect of 1-31 March 2024 3.1.2. The gross sum of £2117.79 in respect of the period 1-30 April 2024 3.1.3. The gross sum of £2117.79 in respect of the period 1-31 May 2024 3.1.4. The gross sum of £2117.79 in respect of the period 1-30 June 2024 3.1.5. The gross sum of £2117.79 in respect of the period 1-31 July 2024.
