[1]The Respondent do pay Miss A Popescu in respect of her claim number 1305239/2020 the net sum of £1345.96, in respect of her claim for accrued but untaken holiday upon the termination of her employment;[2]The Respondent do pay Mr I C Sandu in respect of his claim number 1305240/2020 the net sum of £2073.60, in respect of his claim for accrued but untaken holiday upon the termination of his employment; 1 of 2 Case Numbers : 1305239/2020, 1305240/2020, 1305241/2020, 1305242/2020[3]The Respondent do pay Mrs I Ungureanu in respect of her claim number 305241/2020 the net sum of £82.10, in respect of her claim for accrued but untaken holiday upon the termination of her employment;[4]The Respondent do pay Mr Ungureanu in respect of his claim number 1305242/2020 the net sum of £1300, in respect of his claim for accrued but untaken holiday upon the termination of his employment;[5]The aforesaid sums to be paid by 4pm on 25th August 2022.
