JUDGMENT
[1]By consent the claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay is successful. The respondent shall pay the claimant the gross sum of £986.10. This sum is subject to deductions for tax and national insurance.[2]The claimant’s claim that she was subject to detriments for raising complaints about the failure to pay her holiday pay is dismissed on withdrawal. Orders[3]If the claimant wishes to make an application for costs, such application must be made to the Tribunal, copying the respondent, by 24 May 2021[4]If the respondent objects to any such application, they must inform the tribunal and the claimant by 7 June 2021.
