Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1212; 2. The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s claims in respect of notice pay, holiday pay and arrears of pay against the 1st respondent as they were made after the expiry of the applicable time limit and it would have been reasonably practicable to bring them within it; And it is ordered that: The claimant’s claims against the Secretary of State are stayed until 5 July 2019.
