JUDGMENT
[1]An order having been issued by Employment Judge Battisby on 8 July 2022 that the claimant should pay the respondent’s costs with the amount to be assessed,[2]The claimant having failed to respond to numerous letters from the tribunal as to whether the claimant wishes to make any representations as to the amount of costs sought by the respondent and/or the claimant’s ability to pay,[3]The claimant is ordered to pay the respondent’s Counsel’s brief fee in respect of the hearing of 16 November 2020, which hearing the claimant failed to attend.[4]The claimant is therefore ordered to pay to the respondent costs in the sum of £750.
