JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the Respondent is changed to Oven Support Limited.[2]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages in that it failed to pay the Claimant the sums due on 25 October 2021 and 25 November 2021.[3]The Claimant suffered further financial loss as a result of the Respondent’s unauthorised deductions from wages.[4]The Respondent is therefore ordered to pay the Claimant the following sums:a. £2115.71, subject to appropriate deductions for tax and national insurance; andb. £500, without deductions for tax and national insurance.
