JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 — Rule 21 In default of the respondent presenting a response within the relevant time limit and having regard to Rule 21 , Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2500[2]The respondent was in breach of contract by failing to pay the claimant his business expenses of £350.00 in respect of his monthly car allowance and £167.18 in respect of his business milage and is accordingly ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £517.18[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant's holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £576.92.[4]The sums payable above are the gross amounts to be paid and the claimant is responsibte for any income tax and National Insurance contributions thereon.
