[1]The respondent’s application for an extension of time to file the Response is granted.[2]The claimant’s claim for wrongful dismissal is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant his notice pay in the sum of £2,916.66 (gross).[3]The respondent concedes that it owes the claimant expenses in the sum of £1,684.76 which the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant.[4]The claimant’s claim for arrears of pay is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £6,577.62 (net) in respect of those arrears.
