JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s complaint that he was unfairly dismissed is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s complaints that the respondent failed to undertake reasonable adjustments and that he was unfavourably treated by reference to something arising from his disability pursuant to sections 15 & 20-22 and Part 5 Equality Act 2010 fail, the respondent did not contravene those provisions and those complaints are dismissed.[3]The respondent having confirmed to the claimant it did not intend to pursue against him any complaint in relation to overpayments of sums allegedly paid to him, the claimant withdrew his complaints that the respondent failed to pay to him holiday pay and made unlawful deductions from his wages, and those complaints are dismissed on withdrawal.
