JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was an employee of the respondent.[2]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the claimant the full amount of wages due to him between August 9 2021 and October 20 2021 and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £3313.39 being the total gross sum deducted.[3]The respondent was in breach of contract by failing to pay outstanding expenses to the claimant . The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £408 as damages for that breach.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant additional compensation of £1653.85 pursuant to section 38 Employment Act 2002 for failure to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars.
