[1]The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims of direct disability discrimination, discrimination arising from disability and victimisation are not well founded and are dismissed.[2]There was insufficient time to hear the respondent’s application for costs. Appropriate orders for the hearing of that application will be issued separately.
