Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages; and is ordered to pay compensation to the claimant in the sum of £2,905.00 (gross).[2]The respondent acted in breach of contract in that it failed to give the claimant his notice or make a payment in lieu thereof. The respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £744.52 (gross).[3]The respondent failed to pay the claimant holiday pay; and it is ordered to pay compensation to the claimant in the sum of £893.42 (gross).[4]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with written particulars of employment and is ordered to pay the claimant £2,100.00 being 4 weeks gross salary (but capped at £525 per week) for the breach.
