JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant was entitled to a redundancy payment of £4725.00. I am satisfied that the claimant has taken all reasonable steps to recover this sum from the respondent.[2]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract in respect of notice pay is wellfounded and the respondent is ordered to pay damages of £5519.22.[3]The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages in respect of outstanding wages is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the gross sum of £673.07 in respect of that claim.[4]The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages in respect of mileage expenses is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the gross sum of £4172.42 in respect of that claim. 1304866/2020[5]The claimant’s claim for repayment if a loan made to the respondent is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £1000.00 in respect of that claim.
