[1]The claimant was entitled to a redundancy payment of £2887.50. I am satisfied that the claimant has taken all reasonable steps to recover this sum from the respondent.[2]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract in respect of notice pay is wellfounded and the respondent is ordered to pay damages of £3596.15.[3]The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages in respect of outstanding wages is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the gross sum of £317.30 in respect of that claim.
