JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was an employee of the respondent between 06.09.21 and 12.09.21.[2]The respondent has failed to respond to, or participate in, these proceedings.[3]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages by failing to pay him between 06.09.21 and 12.09.21 to the sum of £480.77 (gross).[4]The respondent breached paragraph 3 of the claimant's employment contract by dismissing the claimant without giving him a week's notice pay to the sum of £480.77 (gross).[5]The respondent must therefore pay the claimant the total sum of £961.54, within 28 days of this Judgment. The respondent is responsible for ensuring that appropriate tax 1304827/2021 and national insurance deductions are made (and paid to HMRC) and send the net amount to the claimant.
