JUDGMENT
[1]The single act of Sex Discrimination (8.2 of EJ Harding’s Order dated 15 April 2021 – hereafter “the Order”) was not brought within the statutory time limit and it would not be just and equitable for time to be extended. The Claim for sex discrimination is dismissed.[2]The alleged acts of Disability Discrimination within the Order set out at Paragraphs 5.2, 5.4, 7.1 - 7.6 inclusive, 7.8 – 7.11 inclusive, 8.1 and 8.3 were not brought within the statutory time limit and it would not be just and equitable for time to be extended. Those Claims of Disability Discrimination are dismissed.[3]The alleged act of Disability Discrimination at 7.7 is found to be part of an act extending over a period and/or is ruled that it would be just and equitable to consider and will proceed to be heard on its’ merits at a final hearing with the other remaining matters which set out in the Case Management Order flowing from today’s hearing.
