[1]The issues to be decided 1.1. The issues were discussed and agreed at the start of the hearing. They were as follows: 1.1.1. Dismissal was admitted by the Respondent; 1.1.2. The fact that the Claimant was entitled to a notice period of 3 calendar months was common ground as was the fact that the Claimant would be entitled to accrued but unpaid holiday for the notice period if it was found that a notice period should have been afforded to the Claimant. 1.1.3.
