Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 In default of the Respondent presenting a Response within the relevant time limit and having regard to Rule 21. Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the Judgement of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £133.76[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the gross sum of £66.88[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1001.86[4]The respondent is accordingly ordered to pay the claimant £1202.50 in total.[5]The sums payable above are the gross amounts to be paid and the clamant is responsible for any income tax and National Insurance contribution thereon.
