JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was not unfairly or wrongfully dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claims for overtime pay and holiday pay have not been determined and I will issue a short case management order about them separately.[1]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages by failing to pay 6 hours overtime on 17 December 2020. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £103.98 (6 x 17.3295).[2]By consent it was agreed that the respondent had failed to pay the claimant 11 days holiday pay. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £2014.26 (8 x 214.80 + 3 x 110.37 – 35.25).[3]The above sums have been awarded gross.
