JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction of wages against the respondent relating to 1 week’s notice pay is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £603.65 gross.[2]The claimant’s complaint of 2 days holiday pay against the respondent relating is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £280.00 gross.[3]There is a 10% ACAS uplift on the respondent’s failure to pay the claimant his holiday pay of £24.00[4]The claimant’s complaint that s.8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 was breached by the respondent, by failing to provide him with all his payslips succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £603.65.[5]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent failed to provide a contract of written particulars is dismissed.
