JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s only Tribunal complaints are unfair dismissal and disability discrimination.[2]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal was presented outside the time limit in section 111(2)(a) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the tribunal is not satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for the complaint to have been presented within that time limit.[3]The proceedings on the claimant’s complaints of disability discrimination were brought after the end of the time period specified in section 123(1)(a) of the Equality Act 2010 and of such further period as the employment tribunal thinks just and equitable.[4]Accordingly, the claimant’s entire claim fails and is dismissed.
