JUDGMENT
[1]The judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) The Claimant’s claim of ordinary unfair dismissal does not succeed and is dismissed.(2) The Claimant’s claim of automatic unfair dismissal on grounds a protected disclosure was made does not succeed and is dismissed.(3) The Claimant accepts she has now been paid her correct notice pay of 5 weeks, and therefore the claim for wrongful dismissal is no longer pursued (and is dismissed on withdrawal).(4) The Claimant confirmed that she had not made any application to amend her claim to bring any holiday pay claim.
