Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 — Rule 21 The respondent having filed a response with confirmation that no part of the claim is contested and having regard to Rule 21 , Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 201 3, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that: The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of 2934.00. The sum payable above is the gross amount to be paid and the respondent is responsible for deductions of any income tax and National Insurance contributions thereon.
