JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal heard oral evidence from Ms Garner, the Head of Business and Assurance at HMP Birmingham and considered what the Representatives have said. The Tribunal is tasked to consider an application to exercise discretion to extend time to file and serve a Response under Rules 20(1) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 (“the Rules”).
