JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaints relating to the Respondent’s decision not to appoint her to a Band 6 role on 24 May 2021 were brought out of time.[2]The Tribunal is satisfied that she brought those complaints within such other period after expiry of the time limit as was just and equitable. Note: This was a remote hearing. The parties did not object to the case being heard remotely. The form of remote hearing was video. It was not practicable to hold a face-to-face hearing because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
