JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that upon the parties reaching settlement recorded in an agreement between them:(1) The claims for unlawful deduction from wages and holiday pay for the holiday year 2018/2019 have been settled in full and are dismissed.(2) The matter is adjourned until 19th July 2019 for the implementation of the terms of an agreement in respect of holiday pay arrears for the holiday year 2017/2018.(3) The parties are at liberty until 22nd July 2019 to apply to the tribunal to restore the matter to a final hearing.(4) Unless such application to restore the matter to a final hearing is made on or before 22nd July 2019, the claimant consents to the matter being treated as withdrawn and dismissed on 23rd July 2019.
