JUDGMENT

Upon the parties having agreed terms to include insofar as the law allows a full and final settlement of all claims between them And upon the respondent having agreed to pay to the claimant the following sums within 14 days to the bank account details she has provided By agreement[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract. The respondent is ordered to pay £200.00 (gross) as damages to the claimant.[2]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages. The respondent is ordered to pay £260.00 (gross) to the claimant in respect of the unlawful deduction.[3]The respondent has failed to compensate the claimant in relation to the claimant’s entitlement to holiday leave. The respondent is ordered to pay £200.00 (gross) to the claimant.
