Claimants(1) – Mr Fryczynski and Claimant(2) – Mr Ibanez The Application made pursuant to Rule 70 of Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 by the Respondent for a reconsideration of the Judgments made in favour of the 1st and 2nd Claimant at a hearing on 20 March 2019 and sent to the parties on 21 March 2019 is refused and accordingly that Judgment of 20 March 2019 is confirmed and shall continue to have its full force and effect.
