J U D G M E N T The Judgment of the Tribunal is that: The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim as it is out of time and it was reasonably practicable for the claim to have been submitted in time, nor was the claim submitted within a reasonable period thereafter. Oral reasons were given on 11 April 2019 and the parties were, and are, reminded of Rule 62(3), Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 regarding written reasons not being produced unless requested in accordance with Rule 62 (3).
