[1]By an Order made by Employment Judge Camp dated 1st October 2024, the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representation or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because:• the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 18 August 20024• the has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing as to why this should be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 16 January 2025 and 24 – 28 February 2025 will not take place.
