[1]The claimant’s constructive unfair dismissal claim was presented out of time. It was reasonably practicable to present it in time. The Employment Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it and it is hereby dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claims of direct discrimination by reason of pregnancy and/or maternity were presented out of time. It is not just and equitable to allow them to proceed out of time. They are hereby dismissed.[3]The respondent’s costs application is dismissed on withdrawal.
