[1]No response has been presented and there has been no attendance or appearance by the respondent.[2]On the basis of the evidence and information placed before me, I enter a default judgment pursuant to rule 21 of the tribunal rules.[3]My judgment is: a) The claimant succeeds in her claims of unauthorised deductions from/non-payment of wages. b) I award her gross unpaid wages as follows; i) The sum of £6,666.67 in respect of her December 2019 salary ii) The sum of £6,666.67 in respect of her January 2020 salary iii) Accrued unpaid salary of £12,279.61 payable by the respondent in respect of pay due for June and July 2019, and carried over on TUPE transfer. Case Number: 1304449/2020 2 c) I award the claimant the total sum of £25,602.95 which I order the respondent to pay.
