JUDGMENT

Upon hearing these proceedings in the claimant’s absence, pursuant to Rule 47 of the Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013, the unanimous judgment of the tribunal is that the claimant’s claims are wholly unproven. The tribunal dismisses all claims in their totality. The tribunal, pursuant to Rule 76(1)(a) of the 2013 Rules, and upon application of the respondent, orders the claimant to pay a further sum of £1,500.00 towards the respondent’s costs; making a total costs award of £2,500, payable by the claimant.
