(2) The Claimant’s complaints before the Tribunal have little reasonable prospect of success in respect of: (i) The Claimant’s claim of indirect discrimination related to sex in breach of section 19 of the Equality Act 2010; and (ii) The Claimant’s claim of unlawful failure to comply with the duty to make reasonable adjustments in relation to her disability in breach of section 20 and 21 of the Equality Act 2010. 1 of 2 Case Number: 1304441/2021
