JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the second respondent is amended to Arca Trading Limited (in voluntary members liquidation).[2]The claimant was unfairly dismissed.[3]The second respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation of £1610.00 as set out at Annex A. The recoupment regulations do not apply.[4]The second respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages.[5]The second respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £189.00 in respect of her wages between 16 October and 25 October 2017.[6]The claimant was subjected to unlawful discrimination on the grounds of her sex by the first and second respondents.[7]The first and second respondent are jointly and severally liable to pay to the claimant compensation of 14538.56 as set out an Annex B.
