Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 In default of the Respondent a Response within the relevant time limit and having regard to Rule 21, Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £923.07.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2307.65.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant £517.02.[4]The sums payable above are the gross amounts to be paid and the claimant is responsible for any in come tax and National Insurance contributions thereon.
