Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 In default of the Respondent presenting a Response within the relevant time limit and having regard to Rule 21, Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant the gross sum of £1200.23[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent must pay the claimant the gross sum of £923.07[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2538.42[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £424.69[5]The sums payable above are the gross amounts to be paid and the claimant is responsible for any income tax and National Insurance contributions thereon. signed electronically by me
