[1]The Claims of unlawful deduction of wages in respect of both wages and holiday pay are well founded in respect of all three Claimants and each Claimant is awarded the following compensation: a) Mr A Moussa – Three Thousand Five Hundred and Ten Pounds (3510) in respect of the 468 hours of unpaid work and Four Hundred and twenty three pounds and fifty three pence (423.53) in respect of unpaid holiday pay. Total – 3933.53. b) Mr M Hashem - Three Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty Pounds (3420) in respect of 456 hours of unpaid work and Four Hundred and Twelve pounds and seventy three pence (412.73) in respect of unpaid holiday pay. Total – 3832.73. Case Number 1301436/2017 c) Mr A Bashir - Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Two pounds and fifty pence (2952.50) in respect of 399 hours of unpaid work and Four Hundred and Eighteen pounds and thirteen pence (418.13) in respect of unpaid holiday pay.
