[1]The Claimant’s complaint of breach of contract was settled by the Respondent making a payment in lieu of notice.[2]The Claimant made a protected disclosure on 9 August 2021 but this was not the reason or principal reason for his dismissal.[3]The Claimant was not unfairly dismissed. His complaint of unfair dismissal was therefore not well-founded.[4]The Respondent confirmed that it does not pursue any application for costs. Note: This was a remote hearing. The parties did not object to the case being heard remotely. The form of remote hearing was video.
