JUDGMENT
[1]Pardos Café Limited is added as Second Respondent.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction from wages in respect of the national minimum wage is well founded and succeeds.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £1207.50 (being deductions of £1.50 per hour over 805 hours).[4]The Respondent was in breach of its duty to give a written statement of employment particulars to the Claimant under s1 (1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £247, being two weeks’ pay, in accordance with s38 Employment Act 2002. Signed electronically by me
