JUDGMENT

[1]Save in respect of the claim set out in paragraph 2 of the judgement, the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claims for disability discrimination and it is not just and equitable to extend time for bringing the claims in accordance with section 123 Equality Act 2010.[2]The claim under section 15 of the Equality act 2010 in respect of the claimant’s dismissal which arose in consequence of her disability is out of time but it is just and equitable to extend time in respect of that claim which will proceed to a substantive hearing.[3]The Tribunal makes no order on the respondent’s application for a deposit in respect of the claim identified in paragraph 2 of this judgement. Oral reasons were given on 27 September 2019 and the parties were, and are, reminded of Rule 62(3), Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 regarding written reasons not being produced unless requested in accordance with Rule 62 (3). If so requested, the parties are reminded that written reasons will be posted on the appropriate government website at: https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions Signed by _____________________. on 27 September 2019
