Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages; and is ordered to pay compensation to the claimant in the sum of £423.08 (gross).[2]The respondent acted in breach of contract in that it failed to give the claimant his notice or make a payment in lieu thereof. The respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1,833.33 (gross).[3]The claimant’s claim for compensation for the way he was treated when recruited is not well-founded, fails and is dismissed.
