[1]The correct respondent is Gem York Limited[2]The Tribunal has jurisdiction to consider the complaint that the respondent failed to pay a redundancy payment to the claimant.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment. The respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant a redundancy payment of £1326.46. 3. The claims of unauthorised deductions and breach of contract were not presented in time, despite it being reasonably practicable to do so and are dismissed.
