Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant was made redundant by the respondent. The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £1,226.55.[2]The respondent failed to give notice or payment in lieu thereof to the claimant. I order the respondent to pay damages for breach of contract to the claimant in the sum of £353.90 (net) (being 1 week’s pay).[3]The respondent failed to pay the claimant for 5 contractual night out payments at £23.05 each. I order the respondent to pay damages for breach of contract to the claimant in the sum of £115.25.[4]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages during the last week that he worked, and I order the respondent to pay the claimant compensation in the sum of £68.85 (gross).[5]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages in that it failed to pay the claimant the correct amount for holiday pay and I order the respondent to pay compensation to the claimant in the sum of £1,174.04.[6]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages in respect of a pension contribution or contributions and I order the respondent to pay compensation to the claimant in the sum of £177.94.
