J U D G M E N T The Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The claimant has suffered an unlawful deduction from his wages and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £700. Oral reasons were given on 21 May 2019 and the parties were, and are, reminded of Rule 62(3), Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 regarding written reasons not being produced unless requested in accordance with Rule 62 (3).
