JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s only Tribunal complaint is of unauthorised deductions from wages.[2]That complaint was presented outside the time limit in section 23(2)(a) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the Tribunal is not satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for it to have been presented within that time limit.[3]Accordingly, the claimant’s entire claim fails and is dismissed.
